Trust God’s Faithfulness
When we think of the recklessness of mankind and the results of those behaviours, we can truly say that “it is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed.”
Lamentations 3:22-23
It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
Indeed, the faithfulness, love and mercies of God will never cease; they will never come to an end. They are new every morning, each time we call unto him in the times of trouble. God loves us, and though we may have to walk through some troublesome situations, do not doubt or reject His love. There is hope with God when we put our trust in Him.
Lamentations 3:24
The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
There is hope in the Mighty everlasting God in this time of distress. Do not give up! Give God a chance in your life. Allow Him to guide and direct you. Although we fail Him, He does not love us any less when we are in trouble.
Despite the turmoils and changes in your normal routine, God does not change and will hear your cry. Call upon Him; He will answer as you place your trust and confidence in His Word.
Hebrews 13:5b: ….for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Everyone else, and everything thing else will fail at some time; but God will never fail you because His goodness does not fail; but we must be patient.
Lamentations 3:25-26
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeks him.
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
There are times when all we can do is hope and wait upon God to act. In our waiting, let us not not lose hope. Wait in faith upon the Lord. He is still your help and deliverer!
