MA in Christian Counselling total of 54 hours

The Master’s degree program in Christian Counselling requires 33 credit hours of core programs, three electives: 9 credit hours.

Each student must complete a practicum representing with a suitable counselling ministry acknowledged by the college, 3 credit hours.

Each student must prepare a counselling therapy treatment plan based on the authority of Scripture listing:

  • What the treatment is for [diagnosis],

  • The reason for selecting the particular Scripture, and how it responds to the problem,

  • Citing relevant aspects of any secular treatment plan that might be used in accordance; value 3 credit hours.

Final test value 3 credit hours. Each student must complete a final paper with a topic that must be accepted by the college, 3 credit hours. Complete program represents 54 credit hours.

MA of Theological Studies total of 42 credit hours

Students in the Master’s degree program must complete 27 credit hours of core programs [9 courses], and select 3 electives: 9 credit hours. Each student must select a passage from the Bible and critique it for moral, practical and spiritual contents; this represents 3 credit hours. There is a final written paper which each student must produce with a topic accepted by the college for 3 credit hours. Complete program represents 42 credit hours

MA of Pastoral Ministry total of 42 Credits

Students in the Master’s degree program must complete 27 credit hours of core programs [9 courses], and select 3 electives [9]. Each student must do a practicum of preaching or teaching to test his or her ability as a pastor or minister. This is a proctored session of 3 credit hours. The student can do this in three one hour sessions. There is a final paper which each student must produce with a topic accepted by the college for 3 credit hours. Complete program represents 42 credit hours

MA of Biblical Conflict Management total 45 credit hours

Students in the Master’s degree program in Biblical Conflict Management must complete 27 credit hours of core programs, and select three electives: 9 credit hours.

Each student must select a situation from the Bible, for example, Nehemiah and describe how he dealt with the conflict: 3 credit hours. They must identify the origin of the conflict; the individual’s response, and how he resolved the situation.

Biblical mediation practicum value 3 credit hours. There is a final paper which each student must produce of a conflict program based on a real incident explaining how the situation was dealt with: 3 credit hours. Complete program represents 45 credit hours.

Students may select three electives, 9 credit hours; including a curriculum, syllabus and lesson plan for a particular subject or course of choice for 3 credit hours; teaching practicum value 3 credit hours; total 45 credit hours

Students in the Master’s degree program must complete 27 credit hours of core programs and select three electives: 9 credit hours. Each student must identify a particular spiritual leader and critique his style and leadership activities: 3 credit hours; written test; 3 credit hours. There is a final written paper when each student must produce a report on spiritual leadership with a topic accepted by the college for 3 credit hours. Complete program represents 45 credit hours

Students in the Master’s degree program must complete 24 credit hours of core programs and select three electives: 9 credit hours. Each student must identify a particular spiritual ministry relating to his calling and write a paper explaining how he would prepare for this ministry: 3 credit hours. There is a final written paper when each student must produce a report on the Christian ministry and what it means in the 21st Century: 3 credit hours; including a preaching practicum [3]. Each student must identify at least 6 different ministries in the church, and write a synopsis of the purpose for each: 3 credit hours. There is a final written paper when each student must produce a report on the importance of effectiveness of selecting spiritual leaders for Church Administration [Acts 6]: 3 credit hours. Complete program represents 42 credit hours.
