Be Still and KNOW that I AM God

Psalm 46:1, 10

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

It is so easy to fall apart when life does not go the way we planned or expected. Sometimes we pray the prayer of faith, but God delays or He does things a different way.

Regardless of what happens concerning God’s response to us when we pray, we must never doubt His mercies and His power.

God is still omnipotent, and can defeat the enemy by just one look, one stroke – whatever way He chooses.

At times God moves suddenly and answers our prayers just as we asked; but other times He gives us an opportunity to trust His ways.

This morning as you concentrate on the words “Be still and know that I am God” listen to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. Tune in to God and He will speak to you.

Never give up, keep trusting and looking up because God is going to speak His way, His time and to whom He chooses.

Have a blessed day.
