When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?
There are times when things happen in our lives which we did not expect. The setback or disappointment often causes us to wonder and ask ourselves: “Where is God in all of this?” God is never far away, and He sees everything that happens to us here on earth. We have not been forsaken.
What really happens is that God does not work according to our timing. He does things as He pleases, and we have nothing to do with His plans as long as we obey His Word.
One of the things which we often forget is that there is an active enemy who does not sleep. He goes around as a roaring lion, seeking for the next prey to devour with deceit and all kinds of lies. His aim is to take as many people as possible to hell where he is bound.
Christians, note that God has not forgotten us. Our prayers are still with Him, and in due time, He will answer. If you wait, you will see the glory of God manifest in ways you did not expect. Be patient, God is not finished!
Let us be patient for the answers to our prayers. There is no disappointment with God and He will never forsake His people.
May you have a good day. Stay safe!
